At 84 and Sunny, we do things a little differently because the work we do matters. We have challenged ourselves to reimage what partnership can be and we lead every engagement in a way that is true to our mission to enable, inspire and empower individuals, groups and organizations so they can evolve, expand their capabilities in-house, and do great work. We are passionate about purpose, creativity, strategy and change and how they play together to change the game.

Our services and workshops span storytelling and strategic communications, strategy, and change and transformation. We are systems theorists who are highly creative and innovative and provide a deep and unique set of offerings to leaders and organizations. Our work spans the private and public sector, we go where change is needed.

84 AND SUNNY is a clever and creative name for a clever and creative firm filled with clever and creative minds. It is a metaphor that represents the perfect year-round weather in Hawaii, a place where growth is nonstop and all things thrive through the optimal conditions that begin and end with our perfect and consistent year-round weather.
